The Thermo Scientific™ brand Niton XL2 Plus portable XRF spectrometer provides accurate, reliable elemental analysis to analyze and identify, directly into the field, pure metals and alloys or to detect impurities. Using X-ray fluorescence technology, XL2 Plus analyzes the chemical composition of the sample and displays the results on the screen.
